The Daring Way™
I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator Candidate (CDWF – Candidate). This work is all about recognizing the barriers that keep you from connection with yourself and with others around you. These workshops provide a deeply supportive space to make connections with others while learning new skills and strategies that support us in living a more authentic and wholehearted life. I offer weekend workshops about several times a year.

Ecopsychology

Ecopsychology is an emerging worldview and social movement that recognizes the expanding emotional and psychological connection between human beings and the natural world. I was among one of the very first graduates in Lewis and Clark's Ecopsychology Program.  The term Ecopsychology was first used by Theodore Roszak in his 1992 book Voice of the Earth, although a wide variety of indigenous and ancient cultures have long standing histories of practicing health with nature in mind. Learn more about key concepts of Ecopsychology.
