We live in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) world, which is characterized by rapid changes and constant challenges which require counselors to be adaptable and flexible their practice. I believe that counselors should have continuing education training that emphasizes the importance of relationships and the interconnectedness of our work and the world in which we live.
